About Nirala Gateway
Nirala Gateway is the first large commercial project of Nirala World in Greater Noida West, on plot C-7 in Sector 12. The plot is 10,400 sq m, about 2.6 acres, and the UP RERA registration, UPRERAPRJ531916/06/2025, is in the name of Parth Builtech Private Limited. It records 1,033 units: 376 shops, 468 studios and 189 office or larger commercial spaces. The developer describes a staged high-street mall with retail shops, anchor stores, restaurants and offices, plus studio apartments that a hotel chain is expected to manage. At its soft launch in September 2025 the company reported selling all 400 studios it released, worth about 275 crore rupees, with sizes from 612 to 1,122 sq ft and prices starting near 65 lakh rupees. Roughly 3 lakh sq ft of retail space is planned. Press reports at launch mentioned delivery in 2029, while the RERA declared completion date is April 2030. Buyers of the studios should read the hospitality management and rental-sharing terms carefully, and shop buyers should check the leasing plan.
