VVIP Addresses is a premium apartment project by Ghaziabad-based VVIP Group on plot GH-03A in Sector 12, Greater Noida West. The group launched it in May 2025 as a single-phase project of about 350 homes on roughly five acres, with a planned investment of around Rs 800 crore, and quoted prices of about Rs 3.49 crore to Rs 6 crore per home. That places it at the top end of the Greater Noida West market, which is mostly mid-segment. The UP RERA registration shows four residential towers, A to D, with 312 apartments: 96 3 BHK homes of about 1,248 to 1,608 sq ft carpet and 216 4 BHK homes of about 1,692 to 2,325 sq ft carpet, plus 27 shops in a small commercial block. The developer promotes features usually seen in pricier markets, such as VRV air conditioning, modular kitchens, wooden flooring, tall ceilings and large doors, along with a clubhouse, two pools and courts for racquet sports and box cricket. The declared RERA completion date is September 2029. Buyers should check the current price list against the launch figures, confirm the tower and floor, and track the RERA progress reports.
