Omaxe Clarkee

Clarkee is a nightlife and dining district that Omaxe launched in March 2025 inside World Street by Omaxe in Sector 79, Greater Faridabad, alongside the larger New Singapore retail phase. Omaxe World Street Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe Ltd, is the developer. Company releases describe Clarkee as a RERA-registered commercial colony under mixed land use spread over 1.9125 acres, planned to hold more than 15 nightclubs, bars and restaurants. A Haryana RERA application for Clarkee was filed in January 2025 under project id RERA-PKL-PROJ-1616-2025, citing DTCP licence 23 of 2023. Business Standard reported that completion of New Singapore and Clarkee was expected by 2029 and quoted rates of about Rs 4,000 to Rs 10,000 per sq ft. We did not find the HRERA-PKL-FBD registration number, so investors should obtain the certificate and check the approved use, since bar and nightclub licences are separate from the property registration.
