Omaxe Residences

Omaxe Residences is a luxury group housing project inside the World Street by Omaxe mixed-use development in Sector 79, Greater Faridabad. It is built by Omaxe World Street Private Limited, a wholly owned Omaxe subsidiary, and is registered with Haryana RERA as HRERA-PKL-FBD-848-2026; the HRERA application had been filed at the end of December 2025. Omaxe told the stock exchanges in March 2026 that all 173 homes in Phase 1 were booked soon after launch, with average ticket sizes it put at about Rs 3 crore to Rs 4 crore, and that the estimated project cost filed with HRERA is about Rs 927 crore. The company targets completion by December 2030. Listing portals give the site as about 5 acres. A later press report on the start of construction in 2026 put average realisations higher, at about Rs 4 crore to Rs 6 crore, so figures depend on the date and unit. World Street already has retail, food courts and offices around it, which gives residents shops and dining within the same campus.
