Omaxe World Mall

Omaxe World Mall is a planned shopping, dining and entertainment mall within World Street by Omaxe, the company's 120-acre mixed-use destination in Sector 79, Greater Faridabad. A Haryana RERA application for OMAXE WORLD MALL was filed on 5 February 2026 under project id RERA-PKL-PROJ-1945-2026. On 17 March 2026 the Free Press Journal reported that an Omaxe subsidiary had received RERA approval for the project as a commercial colony under mixed land use, valid until 11 November 2030; the article did not give the registration number. Omaxe held a groundbreaking for the mall on 7 September 2026, together with Omaxe Residences and London Street Extension in the same complex. The area, number of units, prices and leasing plan have not been published in the sources we read. World Street already includes themed retail streets such as London Street, New Singapore and Clarkee, and buyers of mall units should check the registration certificate, the assured-return or leasing terms, if any, and the completion date stated to RERA.
