Square Yards shows about 214 plots on roughly 12.08 acres, with plot sizes of about 1,200 and 1,437 sq ft, and lists the project as ready to move. A third-party listing mentions a further 3.72-acre portion in Sector 27 under a 2023 registration, which could not be confirmed on the official record and is not used here. The developer's later project, P.P. Green City 2, is a separate colony at Village Kamaspur in Sectors 83 and 84 under a different promoter entity and registration. Resale plots in the colony are advertised on property sites, often described as being off the GT Karnal Road side of Sonipat. Buyers should confirm which registration covers a given plot, check the completion certificate and verify the plot's title before buying.
