Palm Floors Pataudi

Palm Floors is a builder floor project by VK & Sons Infratech in Sectors 2 and 3 of Pataudi, a growing town on the western edge of Gurugram district. Builder floors here are low-rise homes built on individual plots, with each storey sold as a separate unit, which tends to suit families who want more space than a compact flat at a lower price than city sectors. HRERA Gurugram registered the project as 82 of 2025 (GGM/979/711/2025/82), with the registration running from 2 September 2025 to 14 June 2029; the later date is the regulatory deadline for completion. A corrigendum issued by the authority in May 2026 changed the registered name from Palm Floors to VKS Pine Floors, so buyers may see either name on brochures and agreements. The filed documents include a layout plan and building plans, but unit sizes, the number of floors per plot and prices were not part of the records reviewed. Ask for the sanctioned building plan of the specific plot, the carpet area of each floor, parking allocation and the share of land that comes with each floor before paying a booking amount.
