YCON Platinum Heights

YCON Platinum Heights is an affordable group housing project by YCON Infra in Sector 3 of Pataudi, a town in the west of Gurugram district. It is built under Haryana's Affordable Housing Policy 2013, which fixes the price per square foot of carpet area and allots flats through a government draw rather than open booking.
