Paras Twin Towers

Paras Twin Towers is a finished office development by Paras Buildtech on Golf Course Road in Sector 54, Gurugram, in the stretch between Suncity and DLF Phase 5. As the name says, it consists of two towers, A and B. Several independent records use it as an address: Paras Healthcare's Wikipedia entry gives its office as the first floor of Block B, and Paras group companies list their own offices in the same building. Leasing pages describe office suites ranging from about 3,000 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft, offered as bare shell, furnished or managed space, and quote a Tower B floor plate of about 14,600 sq ft super area. One property portal lists resale office units here, though its other data, such as a single four-storey tower, does not match the twin-tower layout and has been left out. The building predates RERA and no registration number has been found for it, and no source gives a firm completion year or total floor area. Occupiers are mostly corporate and service firms. Buyers and tenants should confirm the occupation certificate, the carpet area of the suite on offer and the maintenance arrangements, and should compare asking prices with nearby Golf Course Road offices.
