Parsvnath City Centre Sonepat

Parsvnath City Centre Sonepat is a commercial shopping complex by Parsvnath Developers Limited on the former Civil Hospital site near the PWD Guest House on Railway Road, close to Sonipat railway station. It was first announced in 2008 as a ground-plus-four building of about 3.7 lakh sq ft saleable area, intended to house a mall, an entertainment zone, cinema screens and food courts, with a 30-month build period that passed long ago. The developer's website lists the project under HRERA registration 141 of 2017 but gives no construction status, unit sizes or completion date. HRERA Panchkula cause lists show several allottee cases naming the project between 2020 and 2025. The biggest caution is that Parsvnath Developers was admitted into the corporate insolvency resolution process by the NCLT on 30 April 2026, an order later upheld on appeal, and an interim resolution professional now runs the company. Any existing or prospective investor should take legal advice, check claims filed in the insolvency process, confirm whether an occupation certificate exists, and read the HRERA orders before committing money. This is a separate project from Parsvnath Mall, Sonepat (registration 332 of 2017).
