Raheja Navin Minar Kathputli Colony

The Kathputli Colony project near Shadipur depot in west-central Delhi is an in-situ slum redevelopment in which Raheja Developers rehouses colony residents and, in return, builds flats for open sale. It has two Delhi RERA records. The free-sale part, Navin Minar Phase I Tower A, is DLRERA2018P0005; it lists 44 three-bedroom and 64 four-bedroom units, 245 covered parking spaces, a club and community rooms, and an end date of October 2024. The rehabilitation part, registered as PMAY Kathputli Colony under DLRERA2023P0001, covers about 33,700 sq m with 540 open parking spaces and an end date of February 2027, and its status is still pending. Buyers looking at Navin Minar should check whether the tower has an occupancy certificate, what the RERA updates say about progress, and how the rehabilitation part is moving, since delays there can hold up common areas and approvals. Prices were not found in the sources we saw.
