RHomes Miraabilis

Miraabilis is a luxury high-rise project by RHomes inside Ramprastha Greens, the gated enclave in Vaishali on the Delhi border side of Ghaziabad. It was registered on UP RERA in April 2025 by Rhomes Miraabilis LLP on a site of roughly six acres. The project focuses on very large homes: 276 four-bedroom apartments with a servant room, each with a RERA carpet area of about 2,595 sq ft, plus eight penthouses of around 4,549 sq ft and a few shops. Listing sites describe four towers rising to about 37 floors and quote super areas of roughly 4,400 sq ft, which makes it one of the largest-format apartment offers in the Vaishali-Indirapuram belt. The address is a key selling point. Vaishali metro station is about half a kilometre away, Max hospital in Vaishali is close by, and Anand Vihar's railway terminal and RRTS station are around four kilometres off. Planned facilities include an all-season pool, clubhouse with banquet space, spa, mini theatre and bowling alley. The RERA completion date is October 2029. Portal asking prices run into several crores but are not confirmed by the developer, so ask for the official price list.
