The Horizon Residences

The Horizon Residences is an ultra-luxury apartment project in central Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, on a two-sided open plot of roughly two acres near Presidium School on Dr Sushila Naiyar Marg. Saya Group and Harmony Infra launched it together in October 2025, describing the site as one of the last open land pockets in the middle of Indirapuram. In mid-2026 Harmony Infra Ventures took complete ownership and said it would put about Rs 550 crore into construction, with substructure work, piling and diaphragm walls in progress across the two towers. The plan has 264 homes in 4 BHK, 4.5 BHK and 5 BHK formats, ranging from about 362 to 474 sq m, or roughly 3,900 to 5,100 sq ft. The towers are reported as G+33 in the later update and G+35 at launch. Launch pricing started at about Rs 5.85 crore, later reported from Rs 5.99 crore, and the developer estimates total sales near Rs 1,600 crore. The amenities list is led by a rooftop clubhouse of about 6,225 sq m with an all-season infinity pool, along with a boxing ring, squash court, spa and mini theatre. One portal lists RERA registration UPRERAPRJ223953/09/2025 with completion in February 2030.
