Rishika Greens is a residential plotted colony by Rishika Constructions LLP in Sector 10, Sonipat, on the eastern side of the city towards Murthal and NH-44. HRERA Panchkula lists it under registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-361-2022, with the certificate approved on 13 October 2022. Square Yards describes about 347 plots on roughly 19.73 acres, with plot sizes of about 1,012 and 1,580 sq ft, and lists facilities such as children's play areas, treated water supply, round-the-clock security, CCTV and a sewage treatment plant. Its status fields are inconsistent, showing both a ready-to-move tag and a July 2027 date, so the project is shown here as under construction with July 2027 as a portal target only. Prices were on request. The same group's Rishika County colony lies in Sectors 9 and 18. Buyers should check the completion date on the HRERA filing, review the latest quarterly progress report, and ask the developer for the approved layout and payment plan.
