RPS Auria is a two-phase group housing project of RPS Infrastructure Limited in Sector 88, Greater Faridabad, on land in Villages Palwali and Baselwa. Both phases were registered with Haryana RERA in September 2017: Phase I as registration 200 of 2017 (project id RERA-PKL-615-2019) and Phase II as registration 199 of 2017 (project id RERA-PKL-624-2019). Phase I is shown as approved with the certificate uploaded. For Phase II the portal shows an extension certificate, and an August 2025 hearing dealt with the submission of an occupation certificate, which indicates the later towers were still moving through completion formalities in 2025. Listing portals describe Auria Residences as apartments and some older pages call the project ready to move, but those pages are dated. Sector 88 is one of the busier Neharpar sectors, with RPS Savana, RPS Palms and other RPS projects nearby and good links to the Bypass Road. Buyers should check the occupation certificate for the specific tower and phase before buying.
