RPS Palm Drive

RPS Palm Drive (Phase I) is an affordable plotted colony of RPS Infrastructure Limited at Village Baselwa, Sector 88, Greater Faridabad. It was approved for Haryana RERA registration on 29 April 2019 under HRERA-PKL-FBD-116-2019. A 2023 architect's certificate filed with HRERA describes it as an affordable plotted housing colony of 119 plots on about 22,207 sq m (roughly 5.5 acres). Later HRERA records show an extension request, with a hearing listed for May 2026, so completion formalities were still open. Listing sites describe a mix of plots and independent floors here, which is common where plot owners build stilt-plus-four floors. Palm Drive sits beside RPS's Savana, Palms and Auria projects in Sector 88, giving the area a large RPS community with shared roads and shops. Buyers should match the plot or floor to the Phase I registration and ask for the completion certificate.
