Sattva Homes

Sattva Homes, marketed as Auric S3 Sattva or S3 Sattva Homes, is a group housing project of S3 Infrabuild LLP at Village Kheri Kalan, Sector 85, Greater Faridabad. It is registered with Haryana RERA as HRERA-PKL-FBD-114-2019, approved on 23 May 2019. Listing portals agree on about 396 apartments in a single tower block on roughly 5 to 5.5 acres, mostly 3 BHK units of about 1,050 to 1,085 sq ft, and list the project as ready to move. One portal quotes much larger 1,442 sq ft units, which may refer to a different type, so check the floor plan. The same S3 group built the neighbouring S3 Green Avenue in Sector 85 and Auric City Homes and Floridaa in Sector 82. Sector 85 is near the SRS Chowk crossing and BPTP's plotted colonies, with schools and shops along the main sector road. Resale buyers should ask for the occupation certificate and the status of the residents' association.
