Twin Tower DXP is Signature Global's premium high-rise project at Village Hayatpur in Sector 84, on the Dwarka Expressway stretch of New Gurgaon. It sits on a mixed land-use colony of about 4.69 acres licensed under DTCP licence 49 of 2024. The HRERA registration certificate, GGM/866/598/2024/93, covers two residential towers with 312 apartments and three commercial blocks with 71 shop units; the shops are sold under the Twin Square name. The promoter of record is Forever Buildtech Pvt Ltd, a Signature Global group company. Filed drawings show tall towers with a refuge floor near the 25th level, a podium and an EWS tower. Listing sites describe large 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK homes, but sizes and prices differ between portals and Signature Global has not published a price list here. Possession claims range from 2028 to 2030; the promoter's REP-I form gives 30 May 2030 as the likely completion date, which is the safer date to plan around. This is a step up in pricing from Signature Global's affordable projects nearby.
