Sixty-Three Golf Drive

Sixty-Three Golf Drive is an affordable group housing project by Sunrays Heights Private Limited in Sector 63A (Village Ullahawas), close to the premium launches on Golf Course Extension Road. It was sold under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy of 2013, which fixes per-square-foot rates and allots flats by draw, and it carries DTCP licence 82 of 2014 and HRERA registration 249 of 2017, dated 26 September 2017. Under the buyer agreement the developer was to aim for possession within 48 months of project commencement, but a series of HRERA Gurugram orders from 2023 to 2025 show allottees seeking possession along with delay compensation, which points to a slipped timeline. The project area is given as about 5.9 acres in some orders and about 9.7 acres in others, and a listing mentions nine towers. For an end user this can still be one of the cheapest ways to live on the corridor, but buyers of a resale or transfer should check the occupation certificate status, any pending dues, and the outcome of the RERA complaints before paying.
