Sobha Crescent is the Sobha Limited group housing project in Sector 63A (Village Behrampur) on Golf Course Extension Road. HRERA Gurugram shows Phase 1 as approved under registration GGM/1054/786/2026/26, dated 3 April 2026, while an earlier application for the same name still appears as not approved, so buyers should look at the certificate itself. Sobha's own page describes 3 and 4 BHK apartments of roughly 2,277 to 2,996 sq ft and says each home is a corner unit. Brokers report about four residences per floor and high-rise towers of around 42 floors, but they disagree on the land area, quoting anything from about 4.9 acres for the first phase to 12 acres for the full site. Launch pricing was reported at about Rs 25,000 per sq ft of carpet area, which works out to an entry of about Rs 5.75 crore for a 3 BHK and roughly Rs 6.7 to 7.5 crore for a 4 BHK. Sobha is known for doing its own construction, which some buyers value for finish quality. No firm possession date is published; check the RERA filing before paying.
