Listing sites describe it as a premium plotted project on about 30.93 acres, which would make it one of the larger new colonies in Sector 35. Plot sizes, the number of plots and official prices were not published in the sources reviewed; resale plot adverts seen for Sector 35 could not be tied to this project and are not used. Because the project was approved only in late 2025, it is at an early stage.
