About Suncity Monarch Residences
Monarch Residences is Suncity's large luxury group housing launch in Sector 78, New Gurgaon, built by DVOK Buildcon LLP under the Suncity brand. DTCP granted licence 121 of 2025 for 20.625 acres in July 2025, and HRERA Gurugram registered Phase I, covering about 9.5 acres, as GGM/1037/769/2026/09 on 22 January 2026. The filing lists five residential towers with roughly 900 homes and a project cost of about Rs 2,452 crore. Filed drawings include separate floor plans for four standard towers and a 'Crown' tower, which suggests a premium block. Listing sites describe 3 and 4 BHK homes from about 2,350 to 3,150 sq ft, with entry prices quoted between Rs 3.76 crore and Rs 4 crore for a 3 BHK and around Rs 5.4 crore for a 4 BHK, but these figures differ between portals and are not official. Possession claims of 2030 to 2031 also come from listings. The project is close to the Southern Peripheral Road and the Privana cluster, which is now one of the busiest launch zones in New Gurgaon.
