Tashee Capital Gateway

Tashee Capital Gateway is a group housing project by the Tashee group in Sector 111, close to the Delhi border on the Dwarka Expressway. Developed on about 10.46 acres under a 2011 DTCP licence, it is laid out in two phases: Phase I with Towers A to G and Phase II with Towers H to J. A Haryana RERA certificate for the project counts 538 flats, 96 EWS units and 13 commercial shops. The homes are mainly compact two-bedroom apartments, which made the project one of the more affordable options in this premium sector, though current listing prices start at around Rs 1.6 crore. Portals list it as ready to move, but buyers have filed delayed-possession complaints with the RERA authority in past years, and the RERA paperwork appears to have been renewed more recently. The location is a short drive from Dwarka Sector 21, IGI Airport and the Yashobhoomi convention centre, and the project neighbours Puri Diplomatic Greens and M3M Crown. Resale buyers should check tower-wise OC status and confirm the latest RERA certificate before buying.
