TDI City Kundli

TDI City is TDI Infrastructure's large integrated township on the NH-44 corridor at Kundli, just north of the Delhi border. Reports in 2025 put it at about 1,100 acres, with over 7,000 residential plots and roughly 5,000 apartments spread across sub-projects such as Kingsbury, Tuscan City, Lake Grove and several floor projects. Retail in the township includes TDI Mall and Rodeo Drive Mall on the highway frontage. In September 2025 TDI announced a relaunch of the township with a planned investment of about Rs 100 crore for upgrades to parks, internal roads and clubhouses, including 62 parks over about 23 acres and a second clubhouse. The announcement followed the company saying it had cleared dues of over Rs 2,000 crore. Plot buyers have raised complaints about civic services before the National Green Tribunal, and many apartment buyers and resident associations have cases before HRERA Panchkula. Buyers should check the sub-project's own RERA status or occupation certificate, the state of services in the specific pocket and any pending cases.
