TDI Tuscan City

Tuscan City is an apartment cluster developed by TDI Infrastructure within TDI City, Kundli, on the NH-44 corridor. Property data from Aurum PropTech lists about 1,300 apartments in 2 and 3 BHK layouts of roughly 1,080 to 1,390 sq ft, launched in February 2010 with possession in December 2014, and shows the project as completed and sold out. RealEstateIndia gives a similar unit count of 1,300 and sizes of 1,080 to 1,164 sq ft. Tuscan Heights is a related low-rise block within the same cluster, and portals sometimes mix the two names. The project predates RERA and we did not find a RERA registration for it; HRERA cause lists include buyer complaints naming Tuscan City and Tuscan Heights against TDI, including a 2024 case. The units now trade mainly on resale. Buyers should check the occupation certificate, conveyance deed and maintenance agency for the specific tower, and confirm whether any dues or disputes are pending.
