The Connaught Residences is a small luxury project at 10 Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg in central New Delhi, between Gole Market and Connaught Place. It is developed by Sagar Enterprises and registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2023P0011. The record describes residential units built under sanctioned building plans on a freehold plot of about 2,280 sq m, with 47 parking spaces, approval in August 2023 and an end date of March 2026. The unit table shows very large four-bedroom apartments of roughly 332 to 342 sq m carpet each, which is about 3,600 to 3,700 sq ft of carpet area, so this is aimed at the top end of the market. The record's partial unit list shows eight four-bedroom flats; the full count was not visible. Like Godrej Connaught One nearby, it offers a rare chance to buy a new flat within walking distance of Connaught Place and the Lutyens zone. We did not find prices. With the end date passed, ask the developer whether the building is finished and has an occupancy certificate, and how many units remain.
