Unitech Exquisite

Unitech Exquisite is a group housing project inside Unitech's Nirvana Country 2 township on the Southern Peripheral Road side of Gurugram. Launched around 2009, it stalled in 2014 when Unitech's former management ran into regulatory and financial trouble, leaving buyers without homes for over a decade. Square Yards lists the project at about 312 units on roughly nine acres. In April 2025 the Tribune reported that the Supreme Court-appointed Unitech board had restarted six Nirvana Country 2 projects, among them Exquisite, with about Rs 630 crore needed to complete them and a 36-month target for the group housing part. The board expects to collect part of the cost from existing buyers through milestone payments. No HRERA registration number was found for Exquisite in sources reviewed. Allottees should follow the board's notices on payment demands and timelines, and outside buyers should treat any resale offer with caution until construction progress is clear.
