About Unitech Sunbreeze
Unitech Sunbreeze is a group housing project in Sector 69, Gurugram, launched by Unitech around 2008 and left incomplete for years after the company ran into financial and legal trouble. Reports give the project about 888 apartments, around 680 of which were sold, with an original delivery target of 2012. After the Supreme Court reconstituted Unitech's board in 2020, the new management prepared a resolution plan to finish stalled projects, and work at Sunbreeze resumed on 31 March 2024 together with Vistas in Sector 70. No HRERA registration number or registered completion date was found in sources reviewed. Sector 69 is now one of the busiest parts of the Southern Peripheral Road, with new launches such as Smartworld Sky Arc and Trump Residences close by, which may support values once the towers are finished. Allottees should keep track of construction updates from the Unitech board, while resale buyers should treat units as distressed and verify title, dues and allotment history with a lawyer.
