Unitech Vistas

Unitech Vistas is a large group housing project in Sector 70, Gurugram, launched by Unitech around 2009 and stalled for more than a decade after the group's financial collapse. Trade reports put it at 23 towers with about 1,287 apartments, of which more than 1,240 had been sold to buyers who waited years for delivery. The Supreme Court ordered refunds to some Vistas buyers in 2016 and 2017 and later replaced Unitech's management with a government-nominated board. That board restarted construction at Vistas and at nearby Sunbreeze in Sector 69 on 31 March 2024, the Tribune reported. No registered completion date or HRERA registration number was found in sources reviewed, so the project's timeline depends on the board's resolution plan and court supervision. The location near the Southern Peripheral Road has improved greatly since launch, with new luxury projects and roads around it. Existing allottees should track updates from the Unitech board, and any resale buyer should treat units as distressed assets and seek legal advice before paying.
