Vatika Turning Point

Turning Point is a Vatika Ltd group housing project in Sector 88B, New Gurgaon, close to the Dwarka Expressway. Phase-I is registered with HRERA Gurugram as 213 of 2017, dated 15 September 2017, and the portal shows the certificate as approved. Later records give a validity to 15 March 2025 and note that the promoter had applied for deregistration of the project, which is unusual and needs explanation. HRERA complaint orders show buyers whose units were due as early as July 2020, and in at least one case the authority noted that no occupation certificate had been obtained and no possession offered. Listing sites describe about 427 units across six buildings, in 2, 3 and 4 BHK sizes from about 1,125 to 2,160 sq ft, with quoted prices from about Rs 1.74 crore to Rs 3.35 crore, and some even call it ready to move, which conflicts with the RERA record. Buyers should get the current RERA status, the OC position and Vatika's written handover plan before any purchase or resale deal.
