Vipul Trade Centre is a finished commercial building by Vipul Ltd on Sohna Road, Gurugram. The developer's own website lists it, spelt Vipul Trade Center, among its completed commercial projects. Broker listings place it in Sector 48, although a few pages say Sector 49, and describe a single building of ground plus six floors above three basement levels, with roughly 3.19 lakh sq ft of space on about 4.06 acres. Shops occupy the lower levels and offices fill the floors above, so the building serves both neighbourhood retail and small offices, start-ups and coworking operators. One listing puts possession at around 2011, which would place it before RERA; no registration number is shown for it. The surrounding area is well populated, with Vipul Greens, Vipul World and other Sohna Road societies close by, which supports footfall for the shops. Units are strata-owned and change hands on the resale and lease market; listing pages show office units starting from about 600 sq ft. Because most building figures come from a single broker, buyers should confirm the carpet area of a specific unit, the occupation certificate, the maintenance agency and its charges, and the state of lifts and fire systems before committing.
