Worldmark Gurugram

Worldmark Gurugram, often called Worldmark 65, is a mixed-use campus in Sector 65 that combines Grade A offices with retail, dining and a multiplex. It was developed by Bharti Realty and is now part of the Brookfield India REIT portfolio. The REIT reports a land area of 6.7 acres and about 0.8 million sq ft of leasable area across five completed buildings, with committed occupancy of 95 percent and around 25 office tenants as of June 2026. The retail side, set around a water feature and an open promenade, has been described as between roughly 2 and 2.7 lakh sq ft and hosts well-known brands, cafes and a multiplex, which makes it one of the main social hubs on Golf Course Extension Road. Since the asset is held largely by an institutional owner, there is little or no strata inventory for individual buyers; its relevance for home buyers is as a nearby employment and leisure anchor. The campus is certified LEED Gold and has rooftop solar, EV charging and rainwater harvesting.
