Yashika Green Square

Yashika Green Square is an affordable group housing project in Sector 99A, developed under Haryana's Affordable Housing Policy by Dishita Infra Pvt. Ltd., a Yashika group company. The site is about 4.25 acres under a 2023 DTCP licence. Haryana RERA registered it in 2023 as registration 81 of 2023, and the certificate lists 590 residential units and 95 commercial units, with a project completion date of 31 January 2028. As with other policy projects, flats are compact and sold at state-capped rates, with allotment decided by a public draw; third-party sites tracked proposed draw dates in the first half of 2026, which suggests allotment for the project was still being finalised this year. Anyone who applied should confirm the draw schedule and results on the official TCP Haryana e-draw portal rather than on broker sites. Sector 99A is an established residential pocket with Conscient Habitat, ATS Tangerine and Pareena Coban nearby, and it connects to the Dwarka Expressway and the Pataudi road. The same group also has Yashika 104 under way in Sector 104.
