Sector 151 locality guide

Where Sector 151 is and how it is laid out

Sector 151 is a residential sector on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. One local guide describes it as one of the last sectors on the expressway before Greater Noida, at the southern tail of Noida. Sectors 150, 152, 153 and 155 are its neighbours. The same guide splits the sector into two parts: the Kambakshpur village area and the Jaypee Greens Aman township.

Newer, low-density projects are being added. Listing sites describe the area as green but still developing, with limited in-sector retail and daily markets.

On ADiHomes as of October 2026, there are 3 live projects in the sector. Two are new launches and one is ready to move, with a median asking price of ₹16,000 per sq ft from 3 properties. You can browse them under new projects in Sector 151 or flats for sale in Sector 151.

Connectivity

Roads

The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway is the main road link. The Yamuna Expressway is listed at about 5 km away. Treat that as approximate.

Metro and rail

The Aqua Line is the metro line here. It has run since 25 January 2019 and has 21 stations over 29.7 km. The nearest station is Noida Sector 148, about 1.4 to 1.6 km away depending on the source. Sector 147 is roughly 1.6 to 2.2 km away, and Sector 146 roughly 2.8 to 3.3 km. Pari Chowk is around 5 km away. One listing site gives a different figure of 4 km for Sector 148, so check the walking route yourself.

Boraki railway station is listed at about 15 km, from an older portal page.

Airports

Noida International Airport at Jewar was inaugurated on 28 March 2026. Commercial flights began on 15 June 2026. Sites quote road distances of roughly 38 to 45 km, and the figure depends on the route. Delhi's IGI Airport is far longer by road. One neighbourhood guide puts it at about 35 km, which I could not confirm independently.

Schools, hospitals and shopping nearby

Distances below come from property portals and are approximate. Very little of this is inside the sector itself.

  • Schools and colleges: GSB International and SSS Gurukul schools are listed at about 3 km. Amity University Greater Noida is about 3.2 km and Sharda University about 3.7 km. Greater Valley School is around 6.5 km, Shiv Nadar School about 10 km and Genesis Global School about 12 km.
  • Hospitals: Yatharth Wellness Hospital and Trauma Centre is listed at about 4.6 km and Kailash Hospital at about 5 km. Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is quoted anywhere from 5 to 9.5 km. One guide notes there are no large hospitals inside the sector.
  • Shopping: Kondli market (about 2 km) covers daily needs. Ansal Plaza and The Grand Venice are roughly 7 to 10 km away. DLF Mall of India is about 21 km.

Civic matters buyers should check

Approvals

New projects should show a UP RERA registration. Experion Saatori, for example, is listed under UPRERAPRJ747628/01/2026. One report says its building plan was approved by the Noida Authority on 5 December 2025. Listings show possession as December 2030. Unit counts differ between sites (figures of 325, 425 and 456 appear), so verify them on the RERA record.

For any project, ask for the sanction letter, RERA certificate and quarterly progress reports. See the pages for Experion Saatori and Clove County.

Water, power and flooding

I could not find reliable, current public information on water supply or power in Sector 151, so I will not describe either. Ask each society about its water source, supply hours, backup and who handles the power connection.

One portal review (undated) mentions waterlogging in the monsoon and expressway noise. Another guide notes the area is close to the Yamuna floodplain. Treat both as unverified. Visit during heavy rain and ask residents.

Litigation and stalled projects

My checks did not turn up a sector-specific registry ban or stalled-project report for Sector 151. A broker comparison says the sector has no ban history. That is a secondary source, and it does not rule out disputes. Search court records and UP RERA complaints for the developer and project before paying a booking amount. This matters most for older, ready stock such as Jaypee Greens Aman, where you should check society dues, transfer charges and any pending authority dues.

Infrastructure underway or planned

  • Aqua Line extension (approved, civil contract awarded): The Union Cabinet approved an 11.56 km extension from Sector 142 to Botanical Garden on 14 February 2026. It adds eight stations at a sanctioned cost of about ₹2,254 crore. One report says a civil contract was awarded in August 2026 with a 1,096-day timeline. This does not add a station in Sector 151. It would let Aqua Line riders change to the Delhi Metro at Botanical Garden. Dates may slip.
  • Golf course and club in Sector 151A: One project-tracking site says the Noida Authority approved a golf course, club, heliport and adventure sports zone, budgeted at about ₹90 crore. I found no construction status or dates, so treat it as unconfirmed.
  • Other proposals: A portal lists a Ghaziabad–Jewar RRTS station at Pari Chowk and an expressway underpass as planned. I could not verify either, so do not rely on them.

Who it suits and what to check before buying

The sector may suit buyers who want a low-density, quieter setting and are comfortable driving to schools, hospitals and markets. It may also suit people who want to be near the Aqua Line and the Jewar airport. It is less suited to those who want everything within walking distance today. Commentary notes that roads can feel quiet after dark and that a personal vehicle helps.

  • Decide between a ready-to-move flat and an under-construction one with a possession date years away.
  • Verify RERA status, sanctioned plans and the land title.
  • Travel the route to Sector 148 metro and to your workplace at your usual commute time.
  • Confirm the real distance to your preferred school and hospital.
  • Ask about maintenance charges, water supply and flood or waterlogging history.
  • Get all-inclusive costs in writing. Only ADiHomes' own figures are used here, and listed rates can exclude other charges.
