Aanandam Residency

Aanandam Residency is a group housing project in Sector 89, Greater Faridabad, promoted by Emarald Infraland LLP and marketed on listing portals as Emerald Aanandam Residency or Emerald Anandam. Haryana RERA records show the application was received on 28 August 2025 and the project was registered as HRERA-PKL-FBD-764-2025, with an approval date of 18 September 2025. Listing portals describe a high-rise scheme of about 337 apartments in 10 towers of around 18 floors on a site of roughly 4.95 acres, with 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes of about 1,880 to 2,230 sq ft super area. The same portals show a target possession date of August 2030, but this date has not been checked against the HRERA filing. Sector 89 lies at the southern end of the Neharpar belt, near Sector 88 and the road towards the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) corridor. As with any new launch, buyers should confirm the approved building plans, the completion date in the RERA registration and the builder-buyer agreement before paying.
