Aditya Rosemont Residency is a new apartment project by Aditya Builders, part of the Agarwal Associates group that develops the Aditya World City township on NH-24 in Ghaziabad. The first phase was registered with UP RERA in May 2026 and is listed by portals as a 3 BHK-only project of 446 homes in four towers of 29 floors, with just four flats on each floor. Two layouts are offered: a 3 BHK with three toilets of about 1,930 sq ft super area and 1,081 sq ft carpet, and a 3 BHK with a study or utility room of about 2,150 sq ft super area and 1,204 sq ft carpet. The site sits on City Apartment Road inside the township, near the AU Family Hub commercial block, with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway close by. Portal descriptions mention a large clubhouse with a rooftop pool, sports courts and wellness areas, along with the usual security, power backup and play spaces. The declared completion date is the end of February 2031. Quoted prices differ between sources, from about Rs 1.5 crore to about Rs 2.15 crore, so the builder's current price sheet should be checked. Land area figures also vary between six and seven acres.
