SG Nakshatra

SG Nakshatra is a new high-rise housing project by SG Estates in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, on Hanuman Road near Prateek Grand City. SG Estates has built several Ghaziabad societies, including SG Shikhar Height in the same scheme. Two property portals describe the project as five towers of up to 40 floors on about 4.13 acres, built over a podium with multi-level basement parking. WhiteHat puts the total at about 725 homes, while Houssed lists 651, so the final count should be confirmed. The homes are 3 BHK units of roughly 2,225 to 2,450 sq ft and 4 BHK units of about 3,200 sq ft super built-up area; carpet areas have not been published. A clubhouse of about 45,000 sq ft with a pool, gym and skating rink is planned. Both portals give UP RERA registration UPRERAPRJ437430/08/2026, in the newer UP RERA number format, and a possession date in July 2031; WhiteHat shows a RERA start date of 20 July 2026. Asking prices quoted by the portals run from about Rs 1.95 crore to Rs 2.85 crore, near Rs 8,900 per sq ft. We could not open the UP RERA record itself, so buyers should check the registration, carpet areas and the builder's price sheet before paying.
