ATS Floral Pathways

ATS Floral Pathways is a group housing project in the Mehrauli area of Ghaziabad, off NH-24 and the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, near Pandav Nagar and Manipal Hospital. It is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ750395 by ATS Grand Realtors Private Limited, an ATS group company, and is sold under the ATS HomeKraft label. The RERA record, approved in May 2021, covers about 21,631 sq m (roughly 5.35 acres) with twelve towers, and portals describe the towers as rising to about 34 floors with two homes per floor. Every unit is a three-bedroom flat; RERA lists two carpet sizes of about 970 and 1,047 sq ft, while listings quote super areas of around 1,710 to 1,720 sq ft and some layouts with a study. In all there are about 788 homes. The RERA plan includes a central garden with sports areas and walking tracks, a club with gym and games room, a creche, solar power, sewage treatment and rainwater recharge. The declared completion date is 18 April 2027 and the RERA mirror shows construction in progress. Portal asking prices start at roughly Rs 1.7 to 1.8 crore, but no official price list was checked, so buyers should get a written cost sheet from ATS and follow the quarterly RERA progress reports.
