Ajnara Gen X

Ajnara Gen X is a high-rise housing society by Ajnara India in Crossings Republik, the large private township on NH-24 in Ghaziabad. Portals spell the name in two ways: RealEstateIndia and JLL use Gen X, while Houssed calls it Ajnara Gen 10 and places it next to Supertech Livingston. Both describe the same Ajnara project in Crossings Republik with 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats, so they are treated as one society here. Houssed lists seven towers of 23 floors with about 1,092 flats, and super areas of roughly 1,050 and 1,250 sq ft for 2 BHK, 1,530 and 1,880 sq ft for 3 BHK and about 2,070 sq ft for 4 BHK. Resale listings on another portal show a similar spread, from about 1,105 to 2,250 sq ft. The society is lived in, and flats change hands on resale and rent. Listed facilities include a gym, kids' pool, community club, sports court, indoor games, CCTV and a sewage treatment plant. Crossings Republik offers schools, shops and parks within the township, while NH-24 connects to Noida and Ghaziabad. A RERA number appears only in a search snippet and the handover year is not published, so buyers should check the tower's occupancy certificate, the registry and the RERA record before paying.
