Ajnara Khelgaon

Ajnara Khelgaon is an Ajnara India Ltd group housing project on Sports City plot SC-02, next to Knowledge Park V in Greater Noida West. It is registered with UP RERA in three phases. Phase 1 (UPRERAPRJ4752) has 936 homes in towers A to D. Phase 2 (UPRERAPRJ4934), also marketed as Olive Greens, has 635 homes in towers P, Q and R. Phase 3 (UPRERAPRJ4973) is City Walk, a strip of 84 shops. The homes are compact 2 BHK units of about 541-620 sq ft carpet and 3 BHK units of about 724-864 sq ft carpet. Listing sites show super areas of roughly 895-1,395 sq ft. The RERA mirror shows Phase 1 completed in January 2023, Phase 2 in June 2023 and City Walk in July 2021, and listing portals describe the project as ready to move. Portals mix this project with a much larger Sports City township figure of 19 towers and 5,500 units, so the RERA counts are used here. Before buying, ask for the OC and the registry status of the tower, because dues and registry delays have affected many Greater Noida projects.
