AMB Selfie Square

AMB Selfie Square is a commercial project by AMB Infraventures in the revenue estate of Harsaru, Sector 37D, facing the Dwarka Expressway. HARERA registered it in August 2017 as registration 57 of 2017 on 3.775 acres; the developer markets a site of about four acres with roughly four lakh square feet of saleable area.

The plan mixes high-street retail and anchor stores on the ground, first and second floors, a food court and entertainment zone on the third floor, and a five-screen multiplex on the fourth and fifth floors. It also promises office space with its own lobby, an amphitheatre for live events, a lounge and bars, and a spa and fitness area, over three levels of parking. Its catchment is the dense ring of housing that has come up along the Gurugram end of the Dwarka Expressway.

AMB still lists Selfie Square among its ongoing projects, years after the original registration, whose validity ran to September 2022. Prospective buyers should check for a HARERA extension, the latest quarterly progress report and any complaints before the authority, and confirm the revised completion date in writing.
