Sector 37D locality guide

Where Sector 37D is and how it is laid out

Sector 37D is in western Gurugram, in the area usually called New Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway. Portals list Sector 37C, Sector 88A, Garhi Harsaru and Sector 88B as neighbours. Others also name Sector 37B, Garoli Khurd and Basai. Pataudi Road (NH 352W) meets the expressway near Harsaru, close to this stretch.

The sector is mostly private group-housing societies and some builder floors. It is still being built out. One portal puts it at roughly 40% developed and 60% under construction, but that figure is undated and I could not confirm it. Expect construction activity around you for some time.

On ADiHomes as of October 2026, there are 11 live projects in the sector, and the median asking price is ₹11,050 per sq ft from 9 properties. By status, 7 are ready to move and 4 are under construction. Examples include Ramprastha Skyz, BPTP Park Generations, Signature Global De-Luxe DXP and Signature Global City. Connectivity

Roads

The Dwarka Expressway (NH 248-BB) is the main road. It runs from Mahipalpur in Delhi to the Kherki Daula toll plaza on NH 48. A recent corridor guide describes it as fully open, with all packages in Delhi and Haryana in use. Pataudi Road and Hero Honda Chowk are the other routes buyers mention. Portals describe expressway traffic as heavy at times.

Metro and rail

There is no metro station in the sector. The nearest working stations are on the Yellow Line, at HUDA City Centre (Millennium City Centre), IFFCO Chowk and MG Road. Portals quote roughly 10 to 12 km by road, and one map tool shows about 9.8 km in a straight line. On the Delhi side, Dwarka Sector 21 is the closest Blue Line and Airport Express station to the expressway. I could not find a sourced distance from the sector.

For trains, 99acres lists Basai Dhankot station at about 5.4 km, Garhi Harsaru Junction at about 7.3 km and Gurugram station at about 10.5 km.

Airport

Indira Gandhi International Airport is usually quoted at about 25 to 30 km. Travel time depends heavily on traffic, so test the drive at your own hours.

Schools, hospitals and shopping nearby

Distances below come from property portals and differ between them. Treat them as approximate and check on a map.

  • Schools: MDS Public School (about 0.4 km), Deepalaya School Gusbethi (about 0.8 km) and Narayana e-Techno School (about 1 to 2 km). Suncity School and Euro International School are also listed.
  • Hospitals: Shri Balaji Hospital and Trauma Center (about 1 to 2.5 km), Signature Hospital (about 1.3 km) and Kamla Hospital (about 1.2 to 3.7 km).
  • Shopping: Esplanade Mall and Sapphire 83 Mall are listed, at roughly 3.5 to 8 km depending on the source. Omaxe City Centre Mall on Sohna Road is about 6 km away.

One resident review says big hospitals are far away. Another says better shopping and dining need a 10 to 20 minute trip. These are single opinions, but they match the picture of an area that is still developing.

Civic matters to check

Water. The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) is the main bulk water supplier. In private colonies the developer runs the internal supply, according to The Tribune. Press reports describe uneven supply across Gurugram, and one portal lists tanker dependence as a drawback of this sector. A GMDA shutdown notice for a treatment plant has named Sectors 37C and 37D among the affected areas. Ask the society about its water source, storage and tanker use.

Power. I could not find sector-specific data on outages or load. Ask current residents and the society about backup and sanctioned load.

Approvals. Check each project's Haryana RERA registration, the validity of its licence and occupation certificate, and the promised possession date. This matters most for the under-construction projects.

Litigation and stalled projects. I found no reliable, sector-specific report of court cases or stalled projects, so I cannot say there are none. Search RERA complaints and court records for the builder and the specific project before you pay a token amount.

Infrastructure underway or planned

  • Gurugram Metro (GMRL): The sanctioned loop is about 28.5 km with 27 stations. It includes a 1.85 km spur from Basai to Sector 101 on the Dwarka Expressway. A Tribune report on the cabinet approval lists Sector 37 and Basai among the stations. Square Yards (August 2026) says the spur is in civil construction and that planned Sector 9 and 10 stations are about 2 to 4 km from Sector 37D. I found no firm opening date, so do not price in a date.
  • Garhi Road flyover: A Square Yards news item from April 2026 says GMDA plans a four-lane flyover over the Delhi-Rewari rail line near Sector 37D, at about ₹100 crore. Construction progress is not confirmed.
  • Expressway link flyover: The Tribune reported work on a 183-metre NHAI flyover linking the Gurugram-Pataudi-Rewari Expressway to the Dwarka Expressway near Sector 37D. The article's date is unclear and I could not confirm completion.
  • Interstate bus terminal: A Tribune report mentions a proposed terminal near the expressway in Sector 36A. I could not confirm its current status.

Who it suits and what to check before buying

Sector 37D may suit buyers who work along the Dwarka Expressway or NH 48 and want newer apartments. It also suits people who will use a car for daily trips and accept that the area is still being built. It is a weaker fit if you need a metro station nearby today, or a settled neighbourhood with established markets.

  • Visit at peak hours and test the commute to your workplace and the school.
  • Check the project's RERA page, possession date and approvals.
  • Ask about water supply, storage and backup power.
  • Compare ready-to-move and under-construction options. See Ramprastha Primera and Ramprastha City The View for more listings.
  • Verify any metro or flyover claim against an official source before relying on it.
