The record lists a freehold plot of about 7,530 sq m and names a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, yoga centre and kids' zone among the amenities. Its unit table shows three-bedroom flats, two per floor, with an area of about 250 sq m each; that figure is large for a three-bedroom flat and may be a total area rather than carpet area, so confirm the carpet area with the developer. The parking figure in the record is only 29, which looks incomplete for a high-rise of this size, and the cost entries are written inconsistently. These gaps are common in early RERA filings, but they are worth raising with the builder. Ambition Homes is also building Akashha near Gulabi Bagh. The Sector 32 cluster now has several luxury projects, so compare carpet area, price per sq ft of carpet and amenities across them. Prices were not found.
