Sawasdee Heights

Sawasdee Heights is a group housing project on Plots 4 to 8, Block A, in the Lawrence Road Industrial Area of north-west Delhi, on land where NAFED operated for many years. It is the first Delhi project of Asteroid Shelters Homes, marketed under the Sawasdee name, and is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2023P0012, approved in November 2023 with an end date of October 2028. The record says the site is on a main road with openings on three sides and that the plan includes group housing, a podium, a green garden, retail shops and parking. The unit table lists three-bedroom flats and an equal number of one-room units, probably for staff. Square Yards lists about 528 units on 3.3 acres, with three-bedroom flats of about 2,270 to 3,050 sq ft at roughly Rs 5.2 to 7.0 crore, as seen in October 2026. Lawrence Road is shifting from industry to housing, and the project sits close to Netaji Subhash Place, Keshav Puram and the Ring Road. Ask the developer about the change-of-use approval, the construction stage and the exact carpet area before booking.
