Unity City Heights Centre

Unity City Heights Centre, registered as City Heights Centre, is a commercial building by Unity Buildwell Ltd of the Unity Group on Plot 23, Mangalam Place, the district centre in Sector 3 Rohini. Its Delhi RERA registration, DLRERA2023P0015, was approved on 20 May 2023 with an end date of 31 December 2027, and covers a freehold plot of about 1,884 sq m. The unit table filed with RERA sets out the mix floor by floor: 18 shops on the ground floor, showroom or godown space on the first and second floors, a multiplex with four units on the fourth floor, and 14 office units on each of floors 5 to 12 and 14 to 16, or 154 offices in all, with two basement parking levels below. Unit sizes are not given in the RERA record. Square Yards lists a 1,200 sq ft saleable office at about Rs 1.86 crore, the only published size and price. The RERA mirror's last progress entry showed the project at a new-launch stage with about 1 percent of work done, so completion is still some way off. Mangalam Place is an established Rohini business hub with malls, banks and hotels.
