Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojana

Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojana is a dense housing project in the Leisure Valley part of Techzone 4, Greater Noida West. It was one of the stalled Amrapali projects handed to NBCC by the Supreme Court, and it became the last Phase-I project to begin handover: on 23 October 2026 NBCC gave no-objection certificates and possession letters to the first 51 buyers at a ceremony on site. The project has 1,904 apartments in five layouts spread across eight towers of up to 33 floors on a compact plot of about 5.1 acres. NBCC has said the overall Phase-I programme covers about 37,250 Amrapali homes, of which about 35,000 were complete and 23,700 handed over by the end of September 2026, while roughly 8,200 new homes on spare land are due by 2028. Because handover here has only just begun, most owners are still waiting for keys and registration. Anyone buying a resale unit should check the allotment record with the court receiver, the possession and NOC status, and outstanding dues, and should inspect the finished flat before paying.
