About Amrapali Dream Valley
Amrapali Dream Valley is an Amrapali township on plot GH-09 in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West. It was launched in 2010 in three phases, but work in the third phase, called Enchante, stopped soon after it began in 2014 as the group's finances failed. In 2019 the Supreme Court handed the project to NBCC, which restarted construction and, after a contractor was blacklisted in 2022, brought in another firm. By October 2024 NBCC had handed keys to 51 Enchante buyers, with about 300 flats ready in the two finished towers out of five and several hundred more due. Possession letters were also issued to buyers in Dream Valley Villas. Enchante consists mainly of 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments, and an agent page puts the phase at about 1,196 units in nine towers, which does not match the five towers in news reports. In addition, NBCC has sold new towers on spare land here as Aspire Dream Valley. Buyers should confirm which tower a flat is in, whether it has been handed over, and the status of registration through the court receiver.
