Artha Block-A

Artha Block-A is a commercial building registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ981876 by Artha Infratech Private Limited on plot 21 in Techzone IV, Greater Noida West. The plot, about 100,000 sq m and allotted by the Greater Noida authority, was originally an IT and ITES special economic zone that was later partly denotified, and it already hosts the Artha Mart office building, where a co-working operator runs a centre. Block-A has a registered area of around 17,440 sq m and 352 units: 162 retail shops with carpet areas of about 130 to 1,400 sq ft, and 190 office or other commercial units ranging from small suites to very large floors. The RERA record shows a start in December 2020 and a declared completion date of December 2028. Web coverage of Block-A itself is limited, and it is not clear whether it is sold under the Artha Mart name or as a new phase, so ask the promoter for the block's approved plan, the current construction stage and the tenure of the land lease before buying.
