About Aspire Centurian Park

Aspire Centurian Park is a new residential phase that NBCC is building on vacant land inside the former Amrapali Centurian Park township, plot GH-05 in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West. It is one of five additional floor area projects that the Greater Noida authority approved in 2024 across stalled Amrapali sites, which together are expected to add more than 8,000 homes and fund completion of the original projects under Supreme Court supervision. In November 2025 NBCC sold 609 units across Aspire Leisure Valley and Aspire Centurian Park for about Rs 1,069 crore, of which 147 units were in some towers of Centurian Park, and AU Real Estate secured the selling rights. Reports on the FAR projects describe 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with four to eight homes per floor, though the exact tower count and sizes for this phase have not been released. The new towers sit next to the older Centurian Park low-rise blocks and O2 Valley, which NBCC has already finished. Because no RERA certificate or delivery date for the phase was found, buyers should obtain the approved plans, carpet areas and timeline from NBCC or the sales partner before committing.
