About Aspire Golf Homes
Aspire Golf Homes is a new housing project that NBCC is developing on unused land inside the former Amrapali Golf Homes complex, plot GH-02 in Sector 4, Greater Noida West. It is the first of five additional floor area projects that the Greater Noida authority allowed NBCC to build on about 75 acres of spare land across stalled Amrapali sites, under the supervision of the Supreme Court and the ASPIRE company set up for these projects. The plan has 1,507 flats in 11 towers. NBCC had sold 274 units earlier, and in February 2025 it auctioned 1,233 more for about Rs 3,217 crore, with bids well above the reserve price. The money goes towards finishing the original Amrapali homes and repaying loans. Reports on the five FAR projects say they offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with four to eight units per floor, but a tower-by-tower mix for Golf Homes has not been published. These new towers are separate from the older Amrapali Golf Homes blocks. Buyers should get the sale agreement, approved plans and delivery schedule from NBCC or the bulk buyer before booking, since no RERA registration was found in public sources.
